Who Wants a RAK??

I'm in a super good mood today, and I'm excited for the weekend!  Tomorrow--mom and I are going to load up in the van and go on our first Quilt-Shop-Hop.  It should be some fun girl time.  We'll probably also stop at Babies-R-Us and pick up some gifts for Jena's shower next weekend, as well as a party store for some decorations. 

Sam & Carter's annual summer party is also tomorrow, so George and I have non-poker plans for about the first time in a month.  (Shocking, I know!)

Anyway--I'm feeling good, and wanting to share the good vibes.  But--I'd like for you to answer some baby shower questions!

If you have been the guest of honor, hostess, or even just attended a baby shower, please answer these questions:

1.  What was the BEST shower game you've seen, heard about or played?

2.  What was the WORST shower game you've seen, heard about or played?

3.  What is the best gift to give an expectant mother, that she probably wouldn't have registered for?

So yeah--I'm going to use this feedback for ideas for Jena's shower next weekend.  You have until Sunday night at 10PM Pacific to post your answers in comments.  I'll pick 3 random answers from the comments, and you'll receive a RAK in the mail!  I'll also be happy to share our favorite answers in a post next week, so that they're all together in one place in case you ever want the info, too!

Boxer Trivia

This trivia is way late in being posted.  So--Double Prize this week (approx $40.00 retail value), and I'm giving you a little more time, as one of the questions may warrant it.  Here are this weeks questions:

1.  How many horseshoes are on the Horse Lovers Cardstock Sticker?

2.  What stamp set is featured in the Boxer Ad in the July/August 2007 issue of Simple Scrapbooks? (due in mailboxes late this week/early next week.)

3.  How many different pet custom printed ribbons does Boxer have?

4.  How many pictures of Harley do you think I have at my desk?

5.  What do Angie & George do practically every Saturday evening?

You have until Friday, June 1st to post the correct answers (assuming that the Simple Scrapbooks Mag July/Aug 07 issue has hit mailboxes by then).  We'll randomly pick a winner from all the correct answers.

Boxer Trivia Monday

It's another Boxer Trivia Monday!  Here are the basics:

Post your answers to the comments by Noon on Friday of this week (5/11/07), and all the people who post the correct answers will be put into a drawing for our weekly prize.  If there are no posts with all correct answers, that prize gets added to next weeks trivia prize.  Please not that this challenge is only open at this time to residents of the US and Canada.  We hope to add other countries soon!  Winners can only win once in a 60 day time period, to give others an opportunity to win.  Thank you!

Weekly Trivia Winner!

Congrats to Colleen!  She was the only one who got all 5 answers correct.  Seems my sports question really stumped a lot of people, but with the Kentucky Derby this weekend, that makes sense.  Just know that all our questions will be Boxer themed, whether it be our company, the dogs, or even sports.  Little tibits you'll see on our blog, website, and even on the Design Team Blog.  Or things you might have to google.

So Colleen, make sure you email me your mailing address to  angie (at) boxerscrapbooks.com, and I'll get your prize out in the mail on Monday.

Vicki is actually having a small fight party tonight, so George and I will be there, seeing who wins.  We're both hoping for Oscar, but George isn't real sure that's a possiblity!  I think that Emma and I will play with the stamps, as she knows when she goes to Aunt Vicki's, she get to play with them. 

Hopefully I'll be up to it.  I've actually been in bed since about 2pm Friday afternoon, which is why I'm up at 3am blogging.  My back is out again, and has been for the last 3 days.  All my fault, too, for lifting the double bag pack of Kingsford Charcoal and a 40lb bag of dog food into the cart at Costco last Sunday.  The knots in my back didn't start until Tuesday, and just got worse from there.  Dumb, Dumb, Dumb.  Will I ever learn?  Probably not.  Next time, I'll just make sure George goes with me to Costco.

I'm actually feeling tired now, so I think I'll go back to bed.  Hope everyone has a wonderful National Scrapbook Day!

Happy Monday!  That can only mean one thing...another day of Boxer Trivia!  A small change this week--every person who answers all the questions correctly in the comments section by Friday 4/27 at Noon PST, will be entered into the drawing for the weekly prize*.
